“jaysmarti tools” (the “App”) is a personal tool operated by Javlon, the creator behind the @jaysmarti woodturning accounts on Instagram and TikTok. By using the App you agree to these terms.
The App lets its owner upload his own woodworking videos to his own TikTok account (as drafts, to review and publish in the TikTok app) and view basic statistics of his own videos, such as view and like counts.
The App is intended for use only by its owner with his own accounts. It is not offered to the public and does not accept sign-ups from other users.
All videos uploaded through the App are created and owned by the account owner, who is responsible for them and for following the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
The App uses the official TikTok and Instagram APIs. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms. TikTok and Instagram are not responsible for this App.
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. The owner is not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date above shows the latest version.
