“jaysmarti tools” (the “App”) is a personal tool used only by its owner with his own @jaysmarti accounts. This policy explains what data the App accesses and how it is handled.

1. Data the App accesses

Basic profile information of the owner's own TikTok account (display name, avatar, account ID).
Account and video statistics of the owner's own account (follower count, list of own videos with view, like, comment and share counts).
Videos the owner chooses to upload to his own TikTok account.

The App does not access data of any other TikTok users, and does not collect data from visitors of this website.

2. How the data is used

Only to upload the owner's videos to his TikTok drafts and to show him how his own videos perform.

3. Storage

Access tokens and statistics are stored only on the owner's personal computer. Nothing is stored on a server, and no data is sold, shared with or transferred to third parties.

4. Removing access

Access can be revoked at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services (wording may vary). Deleting the local token file removes all stored access.

5. Children

The App is not directed at children and is not used by anyone other than its adult owner.

6. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date above shows the latest version.
